Ben jij een technisch talent die graag zelfstandig werkt en houdt van afwisseling? Als Technisch Medewerker Gebouwonderhoud zorg jij ervoor dat onze gebouwen, installaties en apparatuur goed blijven functioneren. Zo draag je elke dag bij aan een veilige en prettige leefomgeving. Wat ga je doen? Als Technisch Medewerker Gebouwonderhoud werk je op verschillende locaties in de regio Zwolle. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen en storingen en zorgt ervoor dat gebouwen, installaties en inventaris goed onderhouden worden. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend: van onderhoud en reparaties tot het oplossen van storingen en het begeleiden van externe partijen. Daarbij werk je zelfstandig, maar ook samen met collega's binnen de facilitaire dienst. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Uitvoeren van onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden aan technische installaties, apparatuur, gebouwen en inventaris - Werken met installaties zoals elektra, water, elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige installaties en domotica - Oplossen van (complexe) storingen en technische problemen - Coördineren, uitvoeren en toezicht houden op complexere onderhoudswerkzaamheden, ook wanneer deze worden uitbesteed - Zelfstandig uitvoeren van middelgrote technische projecten op locatie - Adviseren over onderhoud, vervanging en aanpassingen van technische installaties en apparatuur - Signaleren van verbeterpunten in gebouwen en installaties - Bijdragen aan een veilige en goed functionerende woon- en werkomgeving voor bewoners en collega's - Samenwerken met collega's binnen en buiten de facilitaire dienst en zorgen voor een goede afstemming Met jouw technische kennis en oplossingsgerichte houding zorg je ervoor dat onze locaties goed blijven functioneren en bewoners zich thuis voelen in een veilige omgeving.
