Fulltime MBO Allround medewerker Technische Dienst met Loodgieter achtergrond (38 uur) Introductie Wij zijn per direct op zoek naar een enthousiaste Allround Medewerker Technische Dienst met loodgieter achtergrond. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren van technische en onderhoudswerkzaamheden in verschillende afdelingen, zoals het hotel, restaurant, de Versmarkt en de wellness. Beschrijving Wat ga je doen? In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het in operationele staat houden van de voorzieningen binnen Valk Voorschoten. Je bent een troubleshooter die alert is op kleine storingen en deze snel oplost. Daarnaast voer je reparaties uit zodat de operationele afdelingen ongestoord hun dagelijkse taken kunnen uitvoeren. Ook het reguliere onderhoud en diverse klusjes, zoals elektra en loodgieterswerk, vallen onder jouw takenpakket. Bij grotere klussen werk je samen met collega's. Dit is een fulltime functie van 38 uur per week, inclusief de weekenden. Wat vragen wij van jou? - Je hebt een afgeronde mbo 4-opleiding in elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of algemene operationele techniek. - Je hebt een achtergrond als loodgieter of aantoonbare ervaring met loodgieterswerkzaamheden. - Je kunt zelfstandig en proactief werken. - Je beschikt minimaal over een VCA-Basis of bent bereid deze te behalen. - Je bent bereid om storingen buiten reguliere werktijden te verhelpen. - Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een praktische instelling. - Je bent een echte alleskunner op het gebied van E- en W-installaties en onderhoud. - Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent representatief.
