Ben jij de topper die wij zoeken? Wij zijn op zoek naar Loodgieter in de service en onderhoud van particuliere woningen! Je krijgt dagelijks verschillende bonnen, die fix jij!

Op basis van 40 uur krijg je een salaris tussen de €3.000 - €3.700 bruto per maand, dit is afhankelijk van werkervaring en/of opleidingen. Het bedrijf:

Het bedrijf is een bekende speler in regio Rotterdam, de kans is groot dat je er al eens van heb gehoord. Hier op kantoor hebben zij de planningen, administratie en werkvoorbereiding goed voor je geregeld! Jij vindt het leuk om je werk te doen, en zij geven jou de ruimte om specialist te worden in het vak van de loodgieter! Wat ga je doen?

Als loodgieter op de serviceafdeling is geen dag hetzelfde met iedere dag een andere werkomgeving in de regio. De ene keer spoor je een lekkage op en zorg je ervoor dat het probleem wordt opgelost. De ander keer vervang je een kraan en herstel je tegelwerk, jij draait je hand er niet voor om! Je werkt met veel plezier voor woningcorporaties, verzekeringsmaatschappijen en vastgoedbeleggers. Bij huurders ben je te gast en je werkt in hun woning alsof het je eigen huis is. Een lach op het gezicht van de huurder, daar doe je alles beleefd en netjes voor! - Het opsporen en verhelpen van lekkages; - Het vervangen van sanitair, repareren en tegelwerk; - Het zelfstandig uitvoeren van onderhoud en vervangwerkzaamheden; - Diverse service werkzaamheden; - Particulier werk, dus veel bij mensen thuis.

Wij zoeken iemand met de onderstaande capaciteiten / opleidingen. Heb je dat niet maar zie je jezelf wel in deze functie passen? Neem dan even contact op. Wellicht kunnen we je opleiden. - Bij voorkeur een afgeronde MBO opleiding in de installatietechniek - Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring; - Goede beheersing Nederlandse taal; - In het bezit van rijbewijs B.
