Functieomschrijving Loodschef / Meewerkend Teamleider Automotive – Zwolle Op de afdeling Remarketing in Zwolle worden voertuigen klaargemaakt voor verkoop via de veiling. Van binnenkomst en technische controle tot de laatste werkzaamheden: jij zorgt ervoor dat het proces op de werkvloer goed doorloopt. Als Teamleider Remarketing stuur je dagelijks een team van ongeveer 9 medewerkers aan. Je verdeelt het werk, bepaalt de prioriteiten en bewaakt de doorstroming van de voertuigen. Je bent daarbij een meewerkend teamleider: praktisch ingesteld en zelf regelmatig tussen de auto’s te vinden. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: Aansturen en begeleiden van circa 9 medewerkers; plannen en verdelen van het werk en bewaken van de voertuigdoorstroming; voertuigen uitlezen met diagnoseapparatuur en eenvoudige storingen beoordelen; uitvoeren en begeleiden van lichte technische en demontagewerkzaamheden; technische, logistieke en veiligheidsknelpunten signaleren en oplossen; zorgen voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkvloer volgens 5S; bewaken van materialen, gereedschappen en hulpmiddelen; afstemmen van operationele bijzonderheden met de Vestigingsmanager. Functie eisen Loodschef / Meewerkend Teamleider Automotive – Zwolle Je hebt verstand van auto’s, houdt overzicht en weet hoe je mensen op een duidelijke en geduldige manier aanstuurt. Je ziet wat er moet gebeuren, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en steekt zelf ook graag de handen uit de mouwen. Misschien werk je nu als meewerkend voorman, eerste

autotechnicus, werkplaatschef of ervaren automonteur en ben je toe aan meer verantwoordelijkheid. Daarnaast: Heb je goede technische kennis van auto’s; kun je werken met diagnose- en uitleesapparatuur; kun je lichte technische en demontagewerkzaamheden uitvoeren; heb je ervaring met het begeleiden of aansturen van collega’s; kun je goed plannen, prioriteiten stellen en overzicht bewaren; ben je duidelijk, geduldig en praktisch ingesteld; heb je oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.
