The posting

Als loodsverantwoordelijke sta je in voor het efficiënt beheer van de gemeentelijke loods. Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen, gereedschappen, voertuigen en voorraden correct worden beheerd en beschikbaar zijn voor de verschillende diensten.

Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor het stockbeheer en de logistieke organisatie en draagt bij aan een vlotte werking van de technische dienst.

Magazijn- en stockbeheer

  • Beheren en opvolgen van de voorraad van materialen, gereedschappen en verbruiksgoederen.
  • Ontvangen, controleren en registreren van leveringen.
  • Uitvoeren van voorraadcontroles en inventarissen.
  • Tijdig signaleren van tekorten en voorbereiden van bestellingen.
  • Zorgen voor een ordelijke, veilige en overzichtelijke loods.

Beheer van materialen en materieel

  • Uitlenen en registreren van gereedschappen, machines en materialen.
  • Toezien op het correct gebruik en onderhoud van materieel.
  • Opvolgen van keurings- en onderhoudsplanningen van materiaal en machines.
  • Signaleren van defecten en coördineren van herstellingen.

Logistieke ondersteuning

  • Organiseren van transporten en leveringen van materialen.
  • Ondersteunen bij gemeentelijke evenementen en logistieke opdrachten.
  • Klaarzetten van materiaal voor de verschillende ploegen en diensten.
  • Ondersteunen bij de planning en coördinatie van logistieke werkzaamheden.

Administratieve opvolging

  • Bijhouden van voorraad- en uitleenregistraties.
  • Verwerken van leveringsdocumenten en bestelbonnen.
  • Rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke van de technische dienst.
  • Meewerken aan de optimalisatie van magazijn- en werkprocessen.

  • Je hebt ervaring in magazijnbeheer, logistiek of een technische omgeving.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van materialen, gereedschappen en technische uitrusting.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met digitale toepassingen voor voorraad- en administratiebeheer.
  • Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je neemt initiatief en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je hebt aandacht voor veiligheid, orde en netheid.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.

Pluspunten

  • Ervaring met voorraadbeheer of magazijnsoftware.
  • Technische achtergrond of ervaring binnen een technische dienst.
  • Heftruckattest of bereidheid om dit te behalen.
  • Een rijbewijs C is een bijkomende troef.
