Heecon is actief als loonwerker en mechanisatie in de tuinbouw en heeft al decennia ervaring in de constructie van teeltwisselmachines. Als loonbedrijf helpen wij klanten bij het uitruimen van hun kassen en het versnipperen van planten. Al onze loonwerkers zijn nauw betrokken bij de ontwikkeling van onze mechanisatie, waardoor ze de werking door en door leren kennen. Zo kunnen we kwalitatief en veilig werken. Als loonwerker sta je in voor een gevarieerd takenpakket.

Je concrete taken:

· Assisteren bij het werken met een hakselmachine in de serre;

· Besturen van diverse machines (bv hakselmachine, heftruck, shovel en vrachtwagen);

· Klaarzetten van de machines voor de volgende werkdag (afspuiten, smeren, tanken, reinigen van luchtfilters en eventuele kleine herstellingen uitvoeren);

· Onderhoud en opvolging van ons eigen machinepark;

· Transport van looftrekdoeken naar onze klanten.

Wat wordt van jou verwacht?

Je hebt affiniteit met de landbouwsector;

Ervaring in serrewerk is een plus;

Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen;

Je bent flexibel (seizoenspieken en langere dagen mogelijk);

Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar ook in teamverband;

Rijbewijs C is een plus; maar eventueel kan je dit ook via Heecon behalen;

Heftruckattest is een plus; maar eventueel kan je dit ook via Heecon behalen;

Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en communiceert vlot met collega’s: een echte teamspeler dus;

Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend, basis Engels en/of Frans is een troef:

Je hebt de ambitie om mee te groeien in een bedrijf in volle expansie en je te verdiepen in onze technologie;

Je kan je makkelijk verplaatsen naar ons kantoor te Meer.
