Samen zetten we ons elke dag in om mensen te begeleiden bij hun loopbaan en re-integratie - met energie, vertrouwen en betrokkenheid. Wat ga je doen? Als loopbaan- en re-integratiecoach ben jij de gids voor kandidaten in outplacementtrajecten, re-integratie tweede spoor en loopbaanbegeleiding. Je helpt mensen om hun kracht (terug) te vinden en begeleidt hen naar een passende volgende stap in hun loopbaan. Je houdt je bezig met: • Intakegesprekken en het opstellen van een persoonlijk plan van aanpak • Begeleiding bij outplacement, re-integratie 2e spoor en loopbaantrajecten • Het coachen van je kandidaten op vlakken als burn-out, persoonlijke ontwikkeling en andere specifieke aspecten die binnen je kennis en ervaring passen. • Inzet van passende loopbaaninstrumenten • Rapportage en advies richting opdrachtgevers • Relatiebeheer binnen je klantenportefeuille • Het geven van trainingen en presentaties indien dit binnen je interesse en mogelijkheden valt. Wat breng jij mee? • HBO werk- en denkniveau en 5-10 jaar relevante ervaring • Ervaring als re-integratie en loopbaancoach of onderdelen daarvan • Kennis van de arbeidsmarkt, sociale wetgeving en re-integratiemiddelen • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een zelfstandige werkhouding • Administratief gestructureerd en ervaring in het schrijven van rapportages • Rijbewijs B en bereidheid om te reizen Wat bieden wij jou? • Een zelfstandige rol met veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief • Een informele, professionele werkomgeving met betrokken collega's • Een dienstverband van 24-40 uur per week • Marktconform salaris en alle benodigde middelen om je wer...
