The posting

We werven één nieuwe LOP-deskundige aan! Grijp nu je kans om deel uit te maken van ons team.

Momenteel zoeken we nog één LOP-deskundige met een hoofdopdracht in Vilvoorde en een deelopdracht in Turnhout, om te starten in november 2026 of kort daarna.

Interesse in een andere regio? Goed nieuws: we leggen verder ook een wervingsreserve aan voor LOP-deskundigen in heel Vlaanderen.

Als LOP-deskundige zorg je voor de inhoudelijke en organisatorische ondersteuning van het lokaal overlegplatform. Zo til je het overleg naar een hoger niveau. Je staat er niet alleen voor: je werkt nauw en doelgericht samen met de lokale voorzitters.

Samen bouwen jullie aan sterke, dynamische overlegplatforms die daadwerkelijk impact willen maken in het onderwijslandschap, volledig in lijn met de geldende decretale bepalingen. Zo draag je actief bij aan een gedragen lokale aanpak.

De Vlaamse overheid wil de diverse samenleving weerspiegelen en selecteert op basis van kwaliteiten en vaardigheden los van geslacht, gender, afkomst, leeftijd of handicap.

Je kunt deelnemen aan de selectieprocedure als je op de uiterste inschrijvingsdatum voldoet aan onderstaande voorwaarde(n):

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma
  • Je hebt inzicht in en voeling met de uitdagingen rond gelijke onderwijskansen
  • Je hebt kennis van het inschrijvingsrecht en de aanmeldingsprocedures

Technische competenties

  • Kennis van de doelgroepen (kansarmen, nieuwkomers) en van de beleidsvoorzieningen ter zake
  • Kennis van de problematiek van non-discriminatie, achterstand en achterstelling
  • Zicht hebben op de werking van de onderwijswereld, zowel globaal als lokaal en regionaal
  • Zicht hebben op de plaatselijke welzijnsactoren

Persoonlijke competenties

  • Je blijft actief op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen binnen Onderwijs en Welzijn, met bijzondere aandacht voor thema’s als kansarmoede, inschrijvingsrecht en nieuwkomers.
  • Je werkt objectief, neutraal en integer samen met alle partners binnen het lokaal overlegplatform.
  • Je gaat zorgvuldig om met vertrouwelijke informatie en gebruikt die enkel in functie van gelijke onderwijskansen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, want je werkt structureel thuis.
  • Je engageert je om de geldende regelgeving te volgen en werkt in lijn met de richtlijnen van de LOP-voorzitter.
