Als Luchtvracht Expediteur Export of Import ben je verantwoordelijk voor de complete coördinatie en verwerking van luchtvracht export- of importzendingen. Je bent de spin in het web en zorgt ervoor dat de service die jij levert volledig aansluit bij de verwachtingen van de klant. Je stemt de aard van de opdrachten af, volgt en administreert de zendingen nauwlettend, vraagt de benodigde informatie en documenten op en adviseert de opdrachtgever over afleverinstructies en bijzonderheden. Je volgt bestaande procedures, maakt klantgerichte werkinstructies en zorgt voor een consequente opvolging hiervan. Daarnaast onderhoud je actief contact met klanten, agenten en leveranciers en zorg je voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling.
