Ons aanbod - Een salaris tussen € 3.400 en € 4.300 bruto per maand op fulltime basis, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring; - Een afwisselende functie met verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen luchtvrachtdossiers; - Veel contact met klanten, airlines, afhandelaren en buitenlandse agenten; - De mogelijkheid om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen internationale luchtvracht; - Persoonlijke begeleiding vanuit Extra Talent tijdens het sollicitatieproces. Wat ga je doen? Als Expediteur Luchtvracht begeleid je internationale luchtvrachtzendingen. Je zorgt dat boekingen, documenten en transportafspraken op elkaar aansluiten. Je volgt de voortgang en schakelt met betrokken partijen wanneer er iets verandert. - Je verwerkt transportopdrachten en stemt boekingen en beschikbare capaciteit af met luchtvaartmaatschappijen en agenten; - Je controleert zendinggegevens en luchtvrachtdocumenten, waaronder air waybills; - Je bewaakt vluchtschema's, cut-offtijden en de voortgang van zendingen; - Je stemt de douaneafhandeling, vrijgave en het wegtransport af met collega's en partners; - Je informeert klanten over hun zendingen en verzorgt de financiële en administratieve afronding van je dossiers.
