Jij vertaalt complexe juridische vraagstukken naar heldere oplossingen en staat ondernemers en investeerders bij in elke fase van de deal. Je schakelt tussen juridische documenten, strategische keuzes en de menselijke kant van een transactie. Daarmee ben jij een onmisbare schakel in ons multidisciplinaire dealteam, waarin je nauw samenwerkt met corporate finance adviseurs en fiscalisten. Pictogram WerkenBij Uren Salaris: €3.000 - €7.068 Niveau: WO-niveau Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het opstellen en beoordelen van intentieverklaringen, koopovereenkomsten en aandeelhoudersovereenkomsten. - Het begeleiden van due diligence onderzoeken en signaleren van juridische risico's. - Het adviseren van klanten over vennootschapsrechtelijke vraagstukken, governance en structureringen. - Het ondersteunen bij onderhandelingen en het vertalen van de gemaakte afspraken naar juridische documenten. - Het samenwerken met collega's uit andere disciplines om klanten integraal te adviseren. - Het onderhouden en uitbouwen van klantrelaties, waarbij je als sparringpartner fungeert voor ondernemers en investeerders.
