Anstellung: Vollzeit, 40 Stunden

Ihre Aufgaben

* Fertigung und Zusammenbau von maßgefertigten Möbeln

* Einbauten und individuellen Innenraumlösungen nach Zeichnungen und Plänen

* Bearbeitung hochwertiger Holz- und Plattenwerkstoffe

* Vorbereitung der Bauteile für die weitere Verarbeitung und Montage sowie laufende Qualitätskontrolle während der Fertigung

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tischler_in oder eine vergleichbare fachliche Qualifikation

* Handwerkliches Geschick

* gutes technisches Verständnis sowie eine genaue, saubere und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein setzen wir voraus

* Erfahrung im hochwertigen Möbel- und Innenausbau ist von Vorteil

* Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich

Entlohnung

Der kollektivvertragliche Mindestlohn für Tischler mit abgeschlossener Lehrabschlussprüfung beträgt € 15,17 brutto pro Stunde. Die tatsächliche Einstufung und Entlohnung richten sich nach Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung sowie dem konkreten Aufgaben- und Verantwortungsbereich. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine entsprechende Überzahlung des kollektivvertraglichen Mindestlohns vorgesehen. Die tatsächliche Bezahlung wird individuell vereinbart.
