Konvert Gosselies recherche un mécanicien ajusteur pour la région de Charleroi.

Dans le cadre de votre fonction, vous assurez la maintenance, la réparation et le bon fonctionnement des équipements mécaniques.

Vos tâches sont les suivantes :

  • Effectuer le montage, l'assemblage et l'ajustage d'ensembles mécaniques à partir de plans et dossiers techniques ;
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes et identifier les dysfonctionnements ;
  • Réaliser les interventions de maintenance préventive et curative ;
  • Contrôler l'état de fonctionnement des équipements et des installations ;
  • Remplacer ou réparer les composants mécaniques défectueux (roulements, pignons, engrenages, etc.) ;
  • Effectuer les réglages et essais nécessaires après intervention ;
  • Réaliser des travaux de soudure, de mise en forme et d'ajustage de pièces métalliques ;
  • Intervenir sur des équipements intégrant des systèmes hydrauliques, pneumatiques, électriques et électrotechniques ;
  • Assurer la mise en conformité des installations en matière de sécurité et de fonctionnement ;
  • Compléter les rapports d'intervention et communiquer les informations nécessaires aux services concernés.
  • Vous disposez d'une expérience en mécanique industrielle ou en maintenance mécanique.
  • Vous êtes capable de lire et d'interpréter des plans techniques et schémas mécaniques.
  • Vous possédez des connaissances en hydraulique, pneumatique, électricité industrielle ou électrotechnique.
  • Une expérience en soudure constitue un atout.
  • Vous appréciez la polyvalence entre travail en atelier et interventions sur chantier.
  • Vous êtes autonome tout en appréciant le travail en équipe.
  • Vous êtes une personne autonome, fiable et organisée, capable de prendre des initiatives et d'analyser efficacement les situations.
