Missions

En tant que Mécanicien Automobile, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Diagnostic et réparation des pannes mécaniques, électriques et électroniques sur la flotte de véhicules
  • Réalisation des entretiens préventifs et correctifs afin de garantir la disponibilité des véhicules
  • Montage et adaptation d'accessoires et d'équipements spécifiques sur les véhicules d'intervention
  • Analyse des dysfonctionnements et mise en œuvre des solutions techniques les plus adaptées
  • Réalisation de tests et contrôles qualité après intervention
  • Participation à l'amélioration continue des processus et du fonctionnement de l'atelier
  • Utilisation et entretien des équipements techniques de l'atelier
  • Respect des procédures de sécurité, de qualité et des standards constructeurs

Profil idéal :

  • Vous disposez d'une formation technique en mécanique automobile et électronique, ou d'une expérience équivalente d'au moins 5 ans
  • Vous possédez de solides compétences en diagnostic mécanique, électrique et électronique
  • Vous faites preuve d'un excellent esprit d'analyse et d'un bon sens critique face aux problématiques techniques
  • Vous êtes orienté solutions et prenez des initiatives pour résoudre efficacement les situations imprévues
  • Vous êtes autonome tout en appréciant le travail en équipe
  • Vous êtes orienté client, qualité et résultats, même dans des situations exigeantes
  • Vous travaillez avec rigueur, précision et dans le respect des procédures
  • Vous êtes motivé par l'amélioration continue et les environnements techniques modernes
  • Vous vous reconnaissez dans des valeurs telles que l'humain, la fiabilité, le positivisme et l'innovation
