Functie

Pour nos départements de production et d'emballage nous recherchons un Mécanicien de Maintenance motivé. Dans ce rôle, vous veillerez, avec vos collègues, au fonctionnement optimal et efficace de notre parc de machines. Vous effectuerez les réparations quotidiennes, préparerez les machines et participerez à l'installation de nouveaux équipements.

Vos responsabilités

  • Intervention & Maintenance : Vous effectuez la maintenance préventive et corrective quotidienne des machines de production et/ou d'emballage afin de minimiser les arrêts de production. Vous préparez les ordres de travail et traitez les pannes urgentes en priorité.
  • Optimisation des machines : Vous préparez les machines de production et d'emballage et participez au montage et à l'installation de nouveaux équipements.
  • Sécurité & Hygiène : Vous travaillez dans le secteur alimentaire.
  • Rapportage & Communication : Vous communiquez de manière fluide avec vos collègues techniciens, les chefs d'équipe et le laboratoire de qualité. Vous consignez par écrit les pannes et les modifications apportées aux machines afin de partager l'expérience avec l'équipe.

Profiel

Votre profil

  • Formation & Expérience : Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau A2 (humanités techniques / secondaire supérieur) dans une orientation technique, ou équivalent par l'expérience.
  • Compétences techniques : Vous avez un sens pratique et technique prononcé, et vous êtes capable d'analyser, de détecter et de résoudre les problèmes de manière autonome et efficace.
  • Autonomie : Vous savez travailler de manière autonome au sein d'un environnement de production dynamique.
  • Aptitude chariot élévateur : Bien que ce poste soit défini "sans chariot élévateur", vous possédez les aptitudes de conduite nécessaires pour manœuvrer un chariot élévateur si besoin.
