The posting

En tant que mécanicien industriel, vous contribuez directement à la fiabilité et à la disponibilité des installations de production.

Votre quotidien est varié : dépannage, maintenance préventive, amélioration des équipements et interventions lors des arrêts de maintenance.

Concrètement, vous serez amené à :

  • Diagnostiquer les pannes mécaniques et identifier leur origine ;
  • Réaliser les interventions de maintenance corrective et remettre les installations en service ;
  • Effectuer la maintenance préventive et participer aux actions de fiabilisation ;
  • Intervenir sur différents équipements et installations mécaniques ;
  • Lire et interpréter des plans et documents techniques ;
  • Participer aux arrêts de maintenance ;
  • Contribuer à l'installation, à la mise en service et aux essais de nouveaux équipements ;
  • Identifier les possibilités d'amélioration des installations et participer à leur mise en œuvre ;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de production et les autres métiers techniques ;
  • Veiller au strict respect des règles et procédures de sécurité lors de chaque intervention. Un environnement où votre expérience compte Ce poste s'adresse à un mécanicien confirmé, capable de prendre en charge une intervention de manière autonome et de faire preuve de réflexion face à une situation technique. Vous ne vous contentez pas de remplacer une pièce : vous cherchez à comprendre pourquoi l'équipement est tombé en panne et comment éviter que le problème ne se reproduise. La diversité des installations vous permettra également de continuer à développer vos compétences et d'être confronté à des problématiques mécaniques variées.

Votre profil

Vous êtes un professionnel de la mécanique industrielle qui apprécie les environnements où la technicité et l'autonomie sont importantes.

Vous disposez idéalement :

  • D'une formation en mécanique, électromécanique ou maintenance industrielle, ou d'une expérience équivalente ;
  • De plusieurs années d'expérience en maintenance mécanique industrielle ;
  • D'une solide capacité de diagnostic et de dépannage ;
  • D'une bonne maîtrise de la lecture de plans mécaniques ;
  • D'une expérience dans un environnement industriel ;
  • D'un bon sens pratique et d'une approche orientée résolution de problèmes ;
  • D'une capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en appréciant le travail en équipe ;
  • D'une réelle sensibilité aux règles de sécurité. Un horaire en 3 pauses Le poste est organisé selon un régime de 3 pauses en feu continu Vous travaillerez selon un cycle organisé de rotation entre :
  • Pause matin : 06h00 – 14h00
  • Pause après-midi : 14h00 – 22h00
  • Pause nuit : 22h00 – 06h00 Le système fonctionne sur un cycle de 6 semaines. Des primes sont prévues en fonction des horaires prestés :
  • Matin : 0,90 €/h
  • Après-midi : 1,80 €/h
  • Nuit : 4,00 €/h
  • Samedi : rémunération à 150 %
  • Dimanche et jours fériés : rémunération à 200 %
