The posting

Vous êtes le référent technique de l'entreprise. Dans un premier temps, vous assurez la fiabilité de notre flotte. Ensuite, vous participez activement à la mise en place de l'activité garage : organisation de l'atelier, choix des équipements, définition des services proposés, relation avec les clients.

Vos missions

Maintenance de la flotte

  • Entretien préventif selon les plannings constructeur : vidanges, filtres, freinage, pneumatiques, suspension, échappement, systèmes de dépollution (FAP, SCR/AdBlue)
  • Diagnostic et réparation des pannes mécaniques et électriques, à l'aide des valises de diagnostic
  • Entretien et dépannage des hayons élévateurs et des groupes frigorifiques [à adapter selon vos compétences]
  • Préparation des véhicules au contrôle technique et suivi des échéances (CT, tachygraphe, ADR si applicable)
  • Intervention rapide en cas de panne pour limiter l'immobilisation des véhicules

Gestion technique et administrative

  • Tenue du carnet d'entretien et de l'historique de chaque véhicule
  • Estimation des coûts de réparation et recommandation : réparer, remplacer ou revendre
  • Commande des pièces (fournisseurs, plateformes de commande) et suivi des délais de livraison
  • Contrôle des factures de garages externes et échanges avec les concessionnaires
  • Respect des règles de sécurité et de gestion des déchets d'atelier

Développement de l'activité garage

  • Participer à la définition de l'offre : types de véhicules, services, tarifs horaires
  • Contribuer à l'aménagement et à l'équipement de l'atelier
  • Prendre en charge les premiers clients extérieurs et faire grandir l'activité
  • [À terme : encadrer d'autres mécaniciens ou apprentis]

Ce que nous attendons de vous

  • Formation en mécanique poids lourds, véhicules utilitaires ou automobile, ou expérience équivalente [x ans minimum]
  • Bonne maîtrise du diagnostic électronique moderne
  • Autonomie réelle : vous organisez votre travail sans supervision constante
  • Rigueur : pas de réparation approximative, chaque intervention est documentée
  • Fiabilité et honnêteté : vous signalez ce qui ne va pas, même quand c'est gênant
  • Esprit d'entreprise : vous voulez contribuer à construire quelque chose, pas seulement exécuter
  • Permis B requis
  • Français requis, néerlandais ou anglais : atout
