LS² (Logistic Support for Land Systems) est une joint-venture créée par trois acteurs de référence de l'industrie de la défense belge : Thales Belgium, FN Herstal et John Cockerill Defense. Notre mission : assurer sur le long terme la disponibilité opérationnelle des véhicules et systèmes terrestre de la Défense belge.

Aujourd’hui composée d’une dizaine de personnes, l’organisation vise une croissance rapide pour atteindre 70 à 80 ETP d’ici 2032.

C’est dans ce contexte que LS² recrute un·e Mécanicien·ne véhicule pour son site de Rocourt (Liège) – avec déplacements.

Jobomschrijving

En tant que Mécanicien·ne véhicule militaire, vous assurez la disponibilité des véhicules militaires de l'armée belge, de la maintenance préventive au dépannage sur site, en passant par les mises à niveau techniques.

Vos responsabilités clés :

  • Maintenance préventive des véhicules : contrôles périodiques, vidanges, filtres, freinage, suspension, direction, check-lists constructeur
  • Maintenance corrective : diagnostic de pannes mécaniques, hydrauliques et périphériques moteur ; remplacement ou réparation de composants (embrayage, boîte, freins, injecteurs, alternateur…)
  • Maintenance évolutive : rétrofits et mises à niveau sur base de bulletins techniques, essais et validations
  • Lecture de plans et documentation technique ; tenue des rapports d'intervention via ERP/GMAO
  • Utilisation d'outillage spécifique : clé dynamométrique, comparateurs, manomètres, multimètre, diagnostic OBD/J1939
  • Respect strict des procédures qualité et HSE en milieu militaire
  • Travail en autonomie ou en équipe ; coordination avec la logistique, la planification, la qualité et les experts partenaires

Organisation : travail de jour, départs et retours depuis Rocourt vers des domaines militaires (les déplacements sont inclus dans le temps de travail).

Équipe

Les déplacements sur les domaines militaires s’effectuent toujours en équipe. Le travail peut ensuite être réalisé en autonomie ou avec un·e collègue mécanicien·ne, en fonction de la nature de l’intervention

Votre manager direct est le Project Manager Operations et vous collaborez également étroitement avec le Superviseur Opérationnel.

Votre expérience et vos compétences techniques :

  • Diplôme A2 en mécanique automobile/poids lourds, mécanique industrielle ou équivalent
  • Idéalement, 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en maintenance de véhicules (automobiles, poids lourds, industriel) – les profils juniors motivés, avec un esprit terrain, sont les bienvenus
  • Permis B requis · Permis C/CE : sérieux atout
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et/ou du néerlandais · anglais : atout
  • Respect des procédures d’accès et de sécurité en environnement militaire
