Assurer le rôle de médiateur entre les citoyens schaerbeekois demandeurs en difficulté de paiement ou de gestion financière et leurs créanciers afin de concilier au mieux les intérêts des deux parties et de permettre, le cas échéant le remboursement des dettes dans la mesure du possible, dans le respect de la dignité humaine et des prescrits légaux. En tant que médiateur de dettes au sein du département de l'Emancipation Sociale, ¿Vous intervenez en tant que personne de contact auprès des citoyens schaerbeekois (bénéficiaires ou non) qui rencontrent des difficultés de paiement de leurs factures (ou de gestion financière) afin de les orienter et de les accompagner du mieux possible ¿Dans le respect des dispositions légales et des lignes de conduite internes, vous réalisez des enquêtes sociales auprès des citoyens afin de disposer de toutes les informations (situation socio-financière, budget, examen des dettes...) nécessaires à la mise en place d'une stratégie de résorption de leur dette ; ¿Vous assurez le suivi des dossiers de médiation de dettes sur le long terme afin d'accompagner les citoyens schaerbeekois tout au long du processus de médiation de dettes (respect du plan de paiement, le cas échéant suivi du changement d'attitude...) et ainsi d'éviter une aggravation de leur situation de surendettement ; ¿Vous développez vos connaissances et vous tenez constamment informé des évolutions de la réglementation en matière de médiation de dettes afin de transmettre des informations pertinentes et actualisées aux demandeurs et les accompagner de façon efficace

Diplômes et connaissances : ¿ Vous êtes en possession d'un bachelier en assistant social ou en droit. Le diplôme ou certificat demandé doit être délivré par un établissement d'enseignement belge reconnu par l'une des communautés du pays. Si votre diplôme a été délivré dans

un pays étranger, vous pouvez également participer si vous avez obtenu uneéquivalence pour ce diplôme/certificat délivrée par l'une des Communautés. ¿ Pour les personnes en dehors de l'UE : carte de séjour avec permis de travail illimité ou exemption de permis de travail. ¿ Vous avez une connaissance de la deuxième langue nationale (en possession du brevet Selor ou disposé à l'obtenir). ¿ Vous avez de bonnes connaissances de Microsoft Office et vous êtes disposé à apprendre d'autres applications informatiques. Expérience : ¿ Une première expérience en CPAS et/ou en médiation de dettes est un atout Connaissances techniques (savoir -faire) et Savoir-être : ¿ Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles. ¿ Adhérer à la culture d'entreprise tournée vers une approche participative ; ¿ Assertivité ; ¿ Capacité d'adaptation. ¿ Empathie ; ¿ Curiosité ; ¿ Vous adoptez une approche orientée vers l'empowerement des citoyens.

CDR à temps plein ¿ Horaires flexibles ¿ En moyenne 37 jours de congé par an pour un temps plein ¿ Télétravail possible après la période d'intégration ¿ Prime de télétravail possible ¿ Echelle barémique conforme aux barèmes des administrations locales de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale : NIVEAU BH Mensuel brut à l'index actuel (reconnaissance de l'expérience professionnelle utile sous réserve de la remise d'attestations probantes en application du statut pécuniaire) : o Sans ancienneté = 3,094.34 € o 10 années d'ancienneté = 3,674.53 € o 20 années d'ancienneté = 4,254.73 € ¿ Reprise de la totalité de l'ancienneté utile à la fonction
