Vous êtes passionné par la métrologie et les environnements techniques exigeants ? Vous aimez comprendre, analyser et garantir la conformité des produits jusque dans les moindres détails ?

Nous recherchons un métrologue capable d'apporter son expertise dans le contrôle et la validation dimensionnelle de pièces techniques, tout en contribuant activement à la qualité des produits et à l'amélioration continue des processus.

Au sein d'une équipe qualité dynamique, vous intervenez comme acteur clé dans la validation des pièces, la maîtrise des moyens de mesure et le respect des exigences qualité.

Vos responsabilités

Réaliser et piloter les activités de mesure

  • Effectuer les contrôles dimensionnels à l'aide de moyens de mesure optiques, mécaniques et tridimensionnels.
  • Programmer et exploiter les machines de mesure tridimensionnelle (CMM).
  • Assurer la validation des pièces conformément aux exigences techniques et qualité.
  • Définir et documenter les méthodes de mesure adaptées aux différents projets. Garantir la conformité des produits
  • Lire, analyser et interpréter les plans techniques et spécifications produits.
  • Réaliser les rapports de contrôle et assurer la traçabilité des résultats.
  • Gérer et analyser les données de mesure afin d'en garantir la fiabilité.
  • Veiller à ce que les produits et processus soient validés selon les critères définis. Collaborer avec les équipes projets et production
  • Participer aux échanges techniques avec les différents intervenants internes et externes.
  • Accompagner les équipes dans la définition des moyens de contrôle en production.
  • Contribuer à la résolution des problématiques qualité et à l'amélioration continue des méthodes de contrôle.

Votre profil

  • Formation technique à orientation mécanique, qualité ou métrologie, ou expérience équivalente.
  • Expérience en métrologie industrielle et dans le secteur automobile
  • Une expérience en programmation de machines de mesure tridimensionnelle constitue un atout majeur.
  • Bonne maitrise de l'anglais (niveau B minimum). L'allemand est un atout
