Functieomschrijving

Uw opdracht als maatschappelijk werker, onder leiding van de Algemeen dd Directeur is de volgende:

• De gebruikers ontvangen, hen informatie verstrekken, hen de nodige administratieve- en financiële bijstand verstrekken, hen begeleiden en ten slotte de sociale- en administratieve opvolging van hun individueel dossier verzekeren (eerstelijnsafspraken, sociale onderzoeken en rapporten, huisbezoeken, beheer van noodsituaties, navolging van de beslissingen genomen door de overlegorganen, budgetbeheer, enz.);

• De aanvragers van internationale en tijdelijke bescherming verwelkomen en ondersteunen;

• De aanvraagdossiers voor steun indienen bij het Vast Bureau en de Raad voor Maatschappelijk Welzijn ('s avonds, maximaal 1x per maand).

• Bacheloropleiding maatschappelijk werk;

• Goede kennis van de sociale wetgeving en in het bijzonder van de specifieke OCMW-wetgeving;

• Taal:

o Frans: zeer goede kennis (schriftelijk/mondeling);

o Nederlands: zeer goede kennis (schriftelijk/mondeling);

• Rijbewijs B en beschikken over een vervoermiddel;

• Computervaardigheden:

o Word: een verslag, brief, enz. kunnen schrijven;

o Excel: vaardigheden voor tabellen kunnen gebruiken;

• Sociale, relationele en menselijke kwaliteiten bezitten;

• In teamverband maar ook zelfstandig kunnen werken;

• Een professionele ervaring in een OCMW of een 3e-jaars stage in een OCMW hebben uitgevoerd, is een pluspunt;

De GESDOS- en MATCH IT-tools beheersen, is een pluspunt.
