Tintengroep logo - Maatschappelijk werker Generalistisch werken in de wijk én je verdiepen in relatie- en scheidingsvraagstukken? In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je het beste van beide. Vaart Welzijn is zo spoedig mogelijk op zoek naar een maatschappelijk werker waarbij het werk voor het relatie- en scheidingsteam (RST) gecombineerd wordt met werk in het buurtteam Marsdijk. In deze functie verdeel je je uren, waarbij je in eerste instantie 16 uur voor het RST en overige uren in het buurtteam werkt. Na verloop van tijd kan deze urenverdeling nog wijzigen. Waar kom je te werken? Vanuit het relatie- en scheidingsteam werkt Vaart Welzijn samen met Yorneo en de gemeente Assen om inwoners van Assen al in een zo vroeg mogelijk stadium te ondersteunen bij relatie- en scheidingsproblemen. Onze ambitie is om met laagdrempelige, nabij beschikbare hulp, escalatie te voorkomen en ervoor te zorgen dat kinderen zo min mogelijk de gevolgen van een scheiding ervaren. Dit multidisciplinaire team van 8 professionals werkt sinds 2024 samen en is nog volop in ontwikkeling. Vanuit buurtteam Marsdijk werk je integraal samen met 5 collega's en bied je informatie, advies en ondersteuning. Daarbij kijken we naar wat inwoners zelf, met hun netwerk of samen met anderen in de wijk kunnen organiseren. Wat ga je doen? Met deze combinatiefunctie heb je een breed takenpakket: het ene moment ondersteun je een inwoner bij relatie- of scheidingsproblematiek, het andere moment gaat het om een vraag rondom bijvoorbeeld financiën, eenzaamheid of mentale gezondheid. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan de directe hulpvraag, maar ook naar wat iemand zelf kan, welke mogelijkheden er in het netwerk zijn en welke ondersteuning passend is.
