Zoek je een dynamische baan met veel uitdaging en vrijheid? Werk jij graag vanuit de krachten en mogelijkheden van cliënten? Dan is deze baan jou op het lijf geschreven! Dit is de rol Als Ambulant Maatschappelijk Werker bij Blijf Groep heb je een veelzijdige en afwisselende functie, die draait om veiligheid en het stoppen van het huiselijk geweld. Je start je dag vanuit huis of op kantoor en stemt je planning grotendeels zelf af. Je voert hulpverleningsgesprekken met cliënten, op kantoor of bij hen thuis. Daarnaast neem je deel aan casuïstiekbesprekingen, teamoverleggen en intervisiesessies. Je onderhoudt contact met ketenpartners zoals Jeugdbescherming, CJG, Politie, Veilig Thuis en wijkteams. Tussendoor overleg je met collega's en werk je je administratie bij. In principe werk je binnen kantooruren, met ruimte voor eigen regie over je agenda. Jouw werkzaamheden worden onderverdeeld in: Hulpverlening: Je zet je in om huiselijk geweld te stoppen en de veiligheid en zelfredzaamheid van cliënten en gezinnen te vergroten. Je voert individuele en systeemgesprekken en brengt samen met cliënten risico- en beschermende factoren in kaart. In acute situaties handel je direct en maak je veiligheidsafspraken.
