Als maatschappelijk werker sta je in voor het verzekeren van het recht op maatschappelijke dienstverlening. Je ondersteunt cliënten zodat zij een leven kunnen leiden dat beantwoordt aan de menselijke waardigheid. Je werkt vanuit een integrale visie, met aandacht voor psychosociale, financiële, juridische en maatschappelijke aspecten.

Je combineert hulpverlening, sociaal onderzoek, dossierbeheer, budgetbegeleiding en samenwerking met interne en externe partners. Je draagt actief bij aan een kwaliteitsvolle, klantgerichte en efficiënte dienstverlening.

We zoeken een maatschappelijk werker met ruime kennis en ervaring in budget‑ en schuldhulpverlening. Naast de reguliere diplomavereisten voor een tewerkstelling als maatschappelijk werker in een OCMW, beschik je over het attest Basisopleiding Schuldbemiddeling (SAM vzw) of kan je minstens drie jaar relevante ervaring aantonen in schuldhulpverlening of budgetbeheer. Dit is noodzakelijk om te kunnen werken binnen een Erkende Instelling voor Schuldbemiddeling (EISB).

De selectieprocedure ziet er als volgt uit:

Dit is een vervangingscontract voor 6 maand.

Je voldoet aan de diplomavereiste (bachelor of gelijkgesteld) die geldt voor het niveau waarin de functie gesitueerd is, en één van de volgende diploma’s, conform het ministerieel besluit van 11 januari 2024 aangevuld met attest Basisopleiding Schuldbemiddeling (SAM vzw) of aantoonbaar minstens drie jaar relevante ervaring in budgetbeheer, schuldhulpverlening of schuldbemiddeling.
