Hoe ziet je dag eruit?

Als maatschappelijk werker bij team budgethulp bied je steeds de meest passende hulpverlening aan met als doel de financiële gezinssituatie van de cliënt te stabiliseren en te optimaliseren. Om dit doel te bereiken, worden alle levensdomeinen in acht genomen. Je maakt deel uit van een team en werkt hier nauw mee samen. Je bent bereid je snel in te werken in de dossiers en de werkingsprincipes van de dienst.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je bent in bezit van een bachelor diploma sociaal werk of gelijkgesteld diploma, bevoegd voor sociaal onderzoek (bijlage)
  • Je bent in het bezit van je rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent sociaal, communicatief, collegiaal en betrouwbaar. Je bent flexibel en gemotiveerd. Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Je beschikt over een goede kennis van de computerprogramma's Word en Excel.

Wat mag je van ons verwachten?

  • We bieden een deeltijds (22.8/38) en voltijds (38/38) vervangingsovereenkomst voor de afwezigheid van een zwangere collega (100%) en een collega die gedurende 1 jaar loopbaanonderbreking (60%) neemt.
  • Een verloning volgens barema's (bruto geïndexeerd voltijds loon tussen 3180 en 4295 euro in weddeschaal B1),

Procedure
