Dit ga je doen Als maatschappelijk werker Residentieel bij Blijf Groep lever jij een belangrijke bijdrage aan het stoppen van huiselijk geweld door de veiligheid, weerbaarheid en zelfredzaamheid van cliënten te vergroten. Dat is best een verantwoordelijkheid maar hoe ziet je dag eruit? Op een dag heb je verschillende overleg momenten en afspraken, zowel met cliënten als collega's en ketenpartners. Aandacht voor veiligheid staat voorop en je werkt altijd systeemgericht. Je bent coachend bezig maar ondersteund ook bij praktische zaken voor de cliënten. Jouw caseload is variërend, van acute opvang tot langdurige. Samen met je team, de gedragsdeskundige en procesbegeleider wordt verschillende casuïstiek besproken. Kernbeslissingen worden samengenomen, je doet het werk niet alleen! Lunchen doen we zoveel mogelijk samen, dit is niet alleen gezellig maar zo blijven we ook op de hoogte van elkaar en andere ontwikkelingen. De functie zal gedeeltelijk in West zijn en ook op onze nieuwe locatie Amsterdam Zuidoost (Q4 2027).Draag jij graag je steentje bij om middels gespreksvo...
