In het kort: Je gaat als triagemedewerker bij Veilig Thuis meldingen van huiselijk geweld en mishandeling beoordelen, betrokkenen en professionals adviseren, dossiers afhandelen en collega’s en externe partijen ondersteunen in de aanpak van geweld in afhankelijkheidsrelaties. Maatschappelijk Werker Triage - Dienst Gezondheid & Jeugd Het betreft een tijdelijke vacature, per direct tot en met 31 december 2026. Inzet 32 tot 36 uur per week. Werken op locatie verplicht. Waar kom je te werken? De Dienst Gezondheid & Jeugd (DG&J) is partner van de gemeenten en is zowel uitvoerder als specialist op het gebied van publieke gezondheid, aansturing van integrale jeugdgezondheidszorg, onderwijsdeelname en huiselijk geweld en ouderen- en kindermishandeling. Met het uitvoeren van deze (wettelijke) taken helpt de DG&J inwoners van jong tot oud mee te doen aan een gezonde en sociaal veilige samenleving in Zuid-Holland Zuid. Je komt te werken in het cluster Veilig Thuis met ongeveer 85 medewerkers. Wij zijn opgedeeld in kleinere teams die elkaar goed kennen. Veilig Thuis ZHZ zet zich in om kinderen en volwassenen in afhankelijkheidsrelaties te beschermen bij situaties waar de veiligheid op het spel staat, omdat iedereen recht heeft op een 'veilig thuis'. Veiligheid is een voorwaarde opdat alle mensen van - 9 maanden tot 100+ jaar onbelemmerd kunnen functioneren en zich optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen en ontplooien. Wat ga je doen? Als Veilig Thuis medewerker Triage behandel je verschillende zaken, waarin het vermoeden is dat er sprake is van huiselijk geweld, kinder- of ouderenmishandeling in afhankelijkheidsrelaties. Dit wordt zorgvuldig binnen een multidisciplinaire setting gedaan. Je hebt veel telefonisch, schriftelijk en waar nodig persoonlijk contact hebben met de betrokkenen en instanties.
