Zo'n veertig mensen werken samen aan alles wat op maat gemaakt moet worden: kasten, tafels, balies, maatwerk voor kantoren, restaurants en showrooms. Klanten lopen van advocatenkantoren tot mediabureaus en cafés. In de werkplaats is het hands-on. Machines draaien, platen worden gezaagd en gefreesd, onderdelen schuiven van collega naar collega, meten en monteren hoort erbij. Soms wordt er gelachen over wie er bijna zijn lunch in de CNC kieperde. Iedereen helpt elkaar, zodat projecten soepel van de werkbank naar de klant gaan. Wij maken meubels van begin tot eind, met hout en plaatmateriaal als kern. Praktisch aanpakken, samenwerken en zorgen dat elk project netjes afgeleverd wordt, dat is hoe wij werken. De Baan Bij ons draait alles om houtbewerking en precisie, en jij staat daar middenin. Vanaf een tekening bepaal jij hoe het plaatmateriaal op maat gezaagd wordt, of dat nu op de formaatzaag is of met de CNC-machine. Met hand- en machinaal gereedschap breng je elk project tot leven, en als iets onverwachts gebeurt, bedenk jij snel een oplossing. Samenwerken met collega's hoort erbij; sparren over de beste aanpak maakt het werk efficiënter en prettiger. En ja, wij weten: de CNC-machine kan alles… maar een scherp oog kan meer. Van het eerste zaagsnede tot de laatste controle van het eindproduct, jij hebt alles in de hand. Houd je van houtbewerking en van een werkdag die afwisselend, praktisch en duidelijk is?
