Voor exclusieve interieurs zoeken wij een nauwkeurige Machinaal Houtbewerker die graag werkt met massief hout, fineer en plaatmateriaal. Met jouw vakmanschap leg je de basis voor een perfect eindresultaat. Organisatie De opdrachtgever is een grote speler op het gebied van interieurbouw voor luxe jachten. Zij levert voor het jacht het exclusieve interieur, waarbij het draait om perfectie en afwerking van hoog niveau. Binnen het bedrijf heerst een gezellige informele sfeer waar mensen trots zijn op het eindresultaat van het geleverde teamwerk. Er is veel ruimte voor scholing, ontwikkeling en doorgroei binnen de organisatie. Functie Als Machinaal Houtbewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het machinaal bewerken van exclusieve houtsoorten, fineer of HPL. Hiermee werk je aan een perfect eindresultaat binnen de interieurbouw voor luxe jachten en ga je voor de hoogste kwaliteit. De werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit: Het machinaal voorbereiden van de onderdelen voor de meubelmakerij Het zelfstandig opstarten van het werk vanuit de aangeleverde tekeningen en houtstaten Het bepalen van de juiste bewerkingsmethode en de werkvolgorde Zagen, schaven, frezen en bewerken van massief hout en plaatmateriaal Persen van fineer en buigen van plaatmateriaal en massief hout Het bedienen en onderhouden van houtbewerkingsmachines en/of CNC gestuurde machines Functie-eisen Voor deze functie zoeken wij een ervaren houtbewerker die nauwkeurig werkt en trots is op zijn of haar vak. Daarnaast beschik je over: MBO diploma Machinaal Houtbewerker, Meubelmaker of (Scheeps)interieurbouwer (bijv. HMC) Ervaring met het zelfstandig bedienen en instellen van houtbewerkingsmachines Kennis van massief hout, fineer en plaatmateriaal Ervaring met fineerbewerking en het buigen van hout is een pré Het vermogen om technische en digitale tekeningen goed te lezen Een nauwkeurige, praktische en
