Perfecte maatvoering d.m.v. BIM tekenwerk Meedenken met de klant Machinaal houtbewerker HSB, met heftruck 40 uur per week Op locatie in Ede €2.600 tot €3.500 bruto per maand In onze werkplaats in Ede maken we wanden, vloeren en daken voor woningen. Ze gaan als kant-en-klaar element de deur uit. Op de bouwplaats staan ze binnen een dag overeind. Jij bewerkt het hout waar die elementen van gemaakt worden. Je houdt de voorraad op orde en rijdt met de heftruck het materiaal in en uit. Drie soorten werk op één dag, dus je staat niet acht uur achter dezelfde machine. Wat je gaat doen - Je bedient de houtbewerkingsmachines in de werkplaats. - Je rijdt met de heftruck: hout en plaatmateriaal aanvoeren, elementen verplaatsen, vrachtwagens laden en lossen. - Je controleert binnengekomen hout en plaatmateriaal en sorteert het netjes op voorraad. - Je controleert maten en profielen aan de hand van productietekeningen en zaaglijsten. - Je helpt je collega's bij de Hundegger SC3 en overlegt met ze over wat er die dag door moet. - Je houdt je werkplek en de machines schoon en veilig. Waar je terechtkomt Twaalf mensen werken in onze werkplaats in Ede, vier op kantoor. Je krijgt leiding van Peter Goor. Het is klein genoeg om iedereen te kennen en om te zien wat er met jouw werk gebeurt. Jij staat achter de machines én zit op de heftruck. Daarmee ben je de schakel tussen de voorraad en de productie. Jij zorgt dat het juiste hout op tijd op de juiste plek ligt. Ligt er iets verkeerd of raakt iets op, dan merkt de hele werkplaats dat binnen een uur. Er zit ook een volgende stap in. Je helpt al mee bij de Hundegger SC3. Wil je die machine helemaal leren draaien, dan is dat bespreekbaar. Wij betalen de opleiding. Het werk is timmerwerk zoals timmerwerk altijd is geweest.
