Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en stelt productielijnen in en bewaakt de productkwaliteit. - Je voert monstername en kwaliteitscontroles uit en rapporteert afwijkingen aan de kwaliteitsafdeling. - Je signaleert en lost kleine storingen op en schakelt bij complexere problemen met de technische dienst. - Je bouwt machinelijnen op en zorgt voor een correcte overdracht aan de volgende dienst. - Je voert schoonmaak- en desinfectiewerkzaamheden uit volgens de vastgestelde hygiëne- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen. - Je ondersteunt collega’s en begeleidt operators in opleiding om een soepel productieproces te behouden. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring als operator in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie is een pré maar geen vereiste. - Kennis van hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften en deze strikt naleven. - Technisch inzicht en ervaring met het instellen en opbouwen van productielijnen. - Probleemoplossend vermogen en het vermogen om storingen te signaleren en op te lossen. - Bereidheid om fulltime te werken in een 3-ploegendienst en duidelijke communicatieve vaardigheden.
