The posting

In jouw rol als Machine Operator draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het in- en afstellen van de machines, het oplossen van storingen, machines om te bouwen en het bevoorraden ervan. Daarnaast stuur jij als machine operator een team aan van productiemedewerkers aan de productielijn en voer jij kwaliteitscontroles uit. Jij als machine operator zorgt ervoor dat de productie zo soepel mogelijk verloopt en ben je verantwoordelijk voor een schone werkomgeving, daar je in de food-industrie komt te werken. Je werkt met de modernste machines en maakt veel producten die dagelijks veel worden gekocht in de supermarkt. In samenspraak gaan wij kijken aan welke productielijn jij het beste past binnen de organisatie! Jouw werkzaamheden op een rijtje:

- Instellen en afstellen van de machines;

- Oplossen van storingen;

- Ombouwen van machines;

- Bevoorraden van de machines;

- Je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor de productielijn en productiemedewerkers;

- Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles.

Binnen de functie is er ruimte jezelf te ontwikkelen en door te groeien. Zo kan jij doorgroeien richting Procesoperator. Onderstaand een overzicht wat jij mee brengt. Je bent collegiaal en je draagt een open energie mee. Ook ben jij flexibel en leergierig. Je bent communicatief vaardig en toont initiatief. Verder breng jij als Machineoperator het volgende mee:

- Een minimaal afgeronde MBO niveau 2 opleiding;

- Ervaring als operator is een pre;

- In het bezit van een heftruckcertificaat (is een pre, deze kan je via ons behalen);

- Bereid te werken in een 2- of 3-ploegendienst.

Niet in het bezit van alle eisen? Geen probleem! Ook junioren met gezonde interesse in de techniek komen in aanmerking voor deze vacature.
