Voor een groeiende productieorganisatie zoeken wij een Machine Operator die ervoor zorgt dat het productieproces soepel, veilig en volgens de juiste kwaliteitsnormen verloopt.Je komt te werken met geavanceerde machines voor de productie van kunststofverpakkingen. Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor het goed laten draaien van de productielijnen. Je krijgt een afwisselende functie waarin techniek, kwaliteit en productie samenkomen.Heb je al ervaring als operator? Mooi meegenomen. Heb je vooral technisch inzicht en wil je het vak graag leren? Ook dan nodigen we je uit om te reageren.

Functieomschrijving: Als Machine Operator bewaak je het productieproces en zorg je ervoor dat de machines optimaal blijven functioneren.Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Opstarten, bedienen en uitschakelen van productiemachines. • Instellen en bijstellen van machines en productielijnen. • Controleren van procesparameters zoals temperatuur en druk. • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op de geproduceerde producten. • Registreren van productie- en procesgegevens. • Signaleren van afwijkingen en tijdig bijsturen van het proces. • Verhelpen van kleine technische storingen en uitvoeren van eenvoudige reparaties. • Ondersteunen bij het ombouwen van machines. • Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en productievoorschriften. • Samenwerken met collega's en de leidinggevende om het productieproces zo efficiënt mogelijk te laten verlopen.

Functievereisten: Je hebt technisch inzicht en vindt het interessant om met machines en productietechniek te werken. Je bent iemand die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, graag problemen oplost en zichzelf verder wil ontwikkelen.Daarnaast beschik je over: • Ervaring als Machine Operator of Operator is een pré. • Affiniteit met techniek en productie. • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is moo
