De productielocatie in Oosterhout werkt met een ploegensysteem en operationele processen rondom het persen en verhitten van stenen. De organisatie richt zich op het maken van semi‑afgewerkte en eindproducten die na het persen in grote ovens verhard worden. De productieomgeving bevat grote persen en ovens en vereist aandacht voor veilige werkmethoden en netheid op de werkplek. Medewerkers werken volgens vaste werk- en pauzetijden en worden begeleid door een ploegleider binnen het team perserij. De locatie in Oosterhout biedt een basisinstructie en een gerichte training voordat nieuwe medewerkers zelfstandig aan de slag gaan zodat ze de machinebediening en veiligheidsprocedures goed beheersen. Werken in het ploegensysteem vraagt flexibiliteit en samenwerking met collega’s om continuïteit van het productieproces te waarborgen. Communicatie met de ploegleider en het opvolgen van werk- en veiligheidsinstructies zijn vaste onderdelen van de dagelijkse routine.

- Je bedient de pers en waarborgt dat de stenen correct uit de pers komen als Procesoperator Productie

- Je controleert het product visueel en zorgt dat de kwaliteit voldoet aan de gestelde normen

- Je stelt machines in en voert eenvoudige afstellingen uit om productiecontinuïteit te behouden

- Je werkt volgens de instructies van de ploegleider en draagt bij aan een opgeruimde werkplek

- Je meldt storingen en voert kleine mechanische oplossingen uit of schakelt technische dienst in bij complexere storingen
