Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en stelt de spiraalwikkelmachine en aanverwante productielijnen in om consistente kokers te produceren. - Je bedient en stelt de kokerwikkelunit, snijmachine en volautomatische verpakkingslijn in voor stabiele productie en nette afwerking. - Je voert dagelijkse kwaliteitscontroles uit, registreert productiegegevens en rapporteert afwijkingen in het productsysteem. - Je lost kleine technische storingen zelfstandig op, voert eenvoudig onderhoud uit en schakelt specialistische collega's in bij complexe storingen. - Je werkt samen met collega-operators om productieplanning, doorlooptijden en veiligheidsnormen te optimaliseren. - Je draagt primaire verantwoordelijkheid voor het op.

- MBO-opleiding in Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar. - Enige ervaring als operator of in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in ploegendienst. - Basisvaardigheden met PLC/HMI-bedieningen en het uitvoeren van digitale kwaliteitsmetingen. - Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust met aandacht voor procesdocumentatie. - Praktisch technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen. - Bereidheid om in tweeploegendienst te werken. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
