Als Machine Operator 2-Ploegen stel je machines in en bedien je deze, terwijl je de kwaliteit van de productie continu bewaakt. Je werkt in een moderne fabriek waar veiligheid en efficiëntie centraal staan. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een soepel verloop van de productie in een 2-ploegendienst. Werken als Machine Operator 2-Ploegen in deze productieomgeving biedt je een stabiele werksfeer en ruimte voor ontwikkeling. Functie-inhoud - Bedienen, instellen en controleren van machines om de continuïteit van de productielijnen te waarborgen. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles om te garanderen dat de producten voldoen aan de specificaties. - Oplossen van kleine storingen en uitvoeren van routinematig onderhoud aan de machines. - Werken in een 2-ploegendienst en zorgdragen voor een zorgvuldige overdracht aan de volgende ploeg. - Zorgen voor een veilige en schone werkplek door te werken volgens de veiligheids- en hygiënerichtlijnen. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo-opleiding in techniek, werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare richting. - Ervaring als machine operator in een industriële productieomgeving en gewend met geautomatiseerde processen te werken. - Vloeiend Nederlands en woonachtig in de omgeving Haarlem. - Oplossingsgericht en in staat technische storingen te analyseren en op te lossen. - Flexibel en bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem. - Oog voor kwaliteit en in staat afwijkingen in het productieproces snel te signaleren en te corrigeren. - Teamspeler en goed in samenwerking met collega's en leidinggevenden. Wij bieden - Bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 2.968,- en € 4.144,- afhankelijk van ervaring en kennis. - Ploegentoeslag voor het werken in een 2-ploegendienst. - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld. - Ruime opleidingsmogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. - Reiskostenvergoeding en ee.
