In Vlaardingen werk je bij een toonaangevend bedrijf in de kunststofindustrie. Hier bedien en stel je als Machine Operator 2-Ploegen geautomatiseerde machines af. Deze machines produceren hoogwaardige kunststofcomponenten voor sectoren zoals automotive en bouw. Jij bewaakt de kwaliteit van de producten en verhelpt kleine storingen om de continuïteit van de productie te waarborgen. De moderne fabriek biedt volop mogelijkheden om je technische vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Functie-inhoud - Instellen en bedienen van geautomatiseerde machines binnen de productie. - Bewaken van het productieproces en uitvoeren van steekproefsgewijze kwaliteitscontroles om te voldoen aan de gestelde specificaties. - Signaleren van storingen en zelfstandig oplossen van kleine technische problemen; bij complexere storingen inschakelen van de technische dienst. - Werken in een 2-ploegensysteem en zorgen voor goede samenwerking en communicatie tussen de ploegen. - Bijdragen aan het verbeteren van productieprocessen en optimaliseren van efficiëntie waar mogelijk. Functie-eisen - Minimaal een mbo-diploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting zoals mechatronica of procestechniek. - Ervaring met het bedienen en instellen van machines binnen een productieomgeving. - Vloeiend Nederlands en woonachtig in de omgeving van Vlaardingen. - Kleine technische problemen zelfstandig kunnen oplossen en snel schakelen bij storingen. - Bereid om te werken in een 2-ploegendienst en geen problemen met wisselende werktijden. - Nauwkeurig werken en ervaring met het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles. - Goed kunnen communiceren en informatie effectief overdragen tussen ploegen. Wij bieden - Bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 2.968,- en € 4.224,- afhankelijk van ervaring en vaardigheden. - Toeslagen voor het werken in een 2-ploegensysteem. - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld. - Mogelijkheden om door te groeien binnen een innovatieve werkomgeving. - Reiskostenvergoeding en een goede pensioenregeling. - Veilig.
