Als productietechnieker ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat de productielijnen optimaal blijven draaien en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en efficiëntere werkmethodes.

Jouw taken

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor één of meerdere productielijnen en helpt mee om de productiedoelstellingen te behalen.
  • Je spoort technische storingen op en lost ze zo snel en efficiënt mogelijk op.
  • Bij complexere problemen kan je rekenen op ondersteuning van een Productie Specialist.
  • Je analyseert terugkerende storingen en denkt mee over structurele oplossingen.
  • Je werkt samen met je collega's aan het preventief onderhoud van de machines.
  • Je helpt bij het omstellen van machines wanneer er nieuwe producten worden geproduceerd.
  • Je zoekt voortdurend naar mogelijkheden om de snelheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de productielijnen te verbeteren.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het productieteam en andere technische collega's.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd, bijvoorbeeld elektromechanica, elektrotechnieken of mechanische technieken, of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in techniek en wil je kennis voortdurend verder ontwikkelen.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en weet technische problemen op een gestructureerde manier aan te pakken.
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als graag in team.
  • Je bent niet bang om vragen te stellen en neemt initiatief wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken.
