Zoek jij als operator de verantwoordelijkheid over een geavanceerd machinepark in een vast 2-ploegenstelsel, gecombineerd met de zekerheid van een vast contract bij een groeiend familiebedrijf? In de regio Harelbeke ligt er een mooie uitdaging klaar voor een gedreven Machineoperator. Dit duurzame traject start via een interimfase die na een geslaagde evaluatie direct overgaat in een vast contract van onbepaalde duur. Wat ga je doen?

Als machineoperator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vlekkeloos en veilig laten draaien van de jou toegewezen productielijn. Je stelt de installatie nauwkeurig in, stopt het juiste programma erin en start het verwerkingsproces op. Bij een wissel in de planning bouw je de apparatuur zelfstandig om en vervang je opzetstukken of matrijzen om de volgende run op te starten.

Met een kritische blik bewaak je de machineparameters om het rendement en de productkwaliteit constant te waarborgen. Je voer visuele metingen en kwaliteitscontroles uit op de afgewerkte goederen voordat ze naar de opslagruimte gaan. Om stilstanden te voorkomen, voer je tevens het periodieke basisonderhoud uit en stuur je bij waar nodig. Vanaf dag één word je bijgestaan door ervaren collega's binnen een hecht team waar een uitstekende werksfeer heerst.

Je hebt een technisch diploma behaald, bij voorkeur in de richting mechanica of een gelijkaardig vakgebied. Een technische achtergrond is voor deze functie echt een vereiste. Je beschikt over een goed logisch inzicht en je werkt met de nodige zorg voor de producten. Je bent een echte teamspeler die ook goed zelfstandig kan functioneren. Veiligheid en kwaliteit draag je hoog in het vaandel en je neemt graag je verantwoordelijkheid. Werken in 2 ploegen past perfect bij jouw levensstijl en je bent gemotiveerd om elke dag de beste resultaten te leveren.
