In Etten-Leur krijg je een praktijkgerichte leeromgeving waarin je opgeleid wordt tot allround operator. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en omvatten het instellen en bedienen van bewerkings- en verpakkingsinstallaties, uitvoeren van productietechnische taken en beoordelen van productkwaliteit volgens geldende procedures. De organisatie werkt volgens gestandaardiseerde kwaliteitsnormen en hecht waarde aan een veilige en schone werkomgeving. Er is een 2-ploegendienst met bijbehorende voorwaarden en doorgroeimogelijkheden. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en stelt productiemachines in en waarborgt kwaliteit en hygiëne. - Je stelt bewerkings- en verpakkingsinstallaties zelfstandig in en bedient afvullijnen en pompen. - Je voert productietechnische werkzaamheden uit zoals omstellen en bijregelen van machines en aanpassen van recepten. - Je controleert productkwaliteit door visuele inspecties, testen en metingen. - Je lost niet-routinematige problemen zelfstandig op en voert kleine reparaties en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden uit. - Je draagt lijnverantwoordelijkheid voor één van de drie semi-geautomatiseerde verpakkings- of bewerkingslijnen per shift, werkt met PLC-gestuurde machines en HMI-bediening en voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit zoals verhelpen van vastlopers en vervangen van eenvoudige onderdelen, met inschakeling van technische dienst bij complexere storingen. Functie-eisen - MBO-opleiding of vergelijkbaar. - Affiniteit met voedingsmiddelen. - Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. - In het bezit van rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer. - Leergierigheid en motivatie om intern opgeleid te wor.
