Functieomschrijving In deze functie word je opgeleid tot zelfstandig Machine Operator. Je leert machines instellen, ombouwen en bedienen, en je werkt met nauwkeurige maatvoeringen. Dankzij jouw technische inzicht herken je afwijkingen snel en denk je mee over verbeteringen in het proces. Je werkt in een nette, gestructureerde omgeving waar vakmanschap belangrijk is. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Bedienen en instellen van moderne productiemachines - Ombouwen van machines en voorbereiden van productieruns - Lezen van technische tekeningen (dit leer je verder in de praktijk) - Controleren van maatvoering en productkwaliteit - Signaleren van afwijkingen en storingen - Registreren van productie‑ en kwaliteitsgegevens - Meewerken aan een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkplek Functie eisen Je hoeft geen operatorervaring te hebben; technisch inzicht is het belangrijkste .
