Bij een internationaal opererend bedrijf in de Cosmetische Industrie zorg jij als Machine Operator 2-Ploegendienst voor het bedienen en instellen van machines die verzorgingsproducten produceren. Je houdt het productieproces nauwlettend in de gaten, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en verhelpt kleine storingen. Deze moderne productiefaciliteit biedt volop ruimte voor persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling. Functie-inhoud - Bedienen van geautomatiseerde machines binnen de productie en bewaken van de voortgang van het proces - Uitvoeren van steekproefsgewijze kwaliteitscontroles om te zorgen dat de producten voldoen aan de vastgestelde specificaties - Oplossen van kleine technische storingen en inschakelen van de technische dienst bij complexere problemen - Werken in een 2-ploegensysteem en zorgen voor een goede overdracht tussen de ploegen - Bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van de productieprocessen door suggesties te doen voor verbeteringen. Functie-eisen - Minimaal een mbo-diploma in een technische richting, zoals procestechniek of mechatronica - Ervaring in een productieomgeving en bekend met het werken met geautomatiseerde machines - Woonachtig in omgeving Breda en spreekt vloeiend Nederlands - In staat om storingen te signaleren en verhelpen, en schakelt met de technische dienst bij complexe problemen - Bereid om in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken en geen bezwaar tegen wisselende diensten - Oog voor kwaliteit en in staat om nauwkeurige controles uit te voeren - Teamspeler die zelfstandig kan werken maar ook goed functioneert in groepsverband. Wij bieden - Bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 2.968,- en € 4.144,-, afhankelijk van ervaring en prestaties - Toeslagen voor het werken in een 2-ploegensysteem - 24 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen voor een goede balans tussen werk en privé - Ruimte voor persoonlijke groei door interne opleidingen en trainingen - Reiskostenvergoeding en een aantrekkelijke pensioenregeling - Werken met moderne productiefaciliteiten en geavanceerde techno.
