Ben jij graag actief in een productieomgeving en werk je graag met machines? Voor een bedrijf in de houtverwerkende sector zijn wij op zoek naar eengemotiveerde machine‑operator. Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van het productieproces en het bedienen van verschillende machines, van automatisch tot semi‑automatisch, zodat de producten altijd voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitseisen.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere het instellen en bedienen van de machines, het opvolgen van productieorders, en het rapporteren van eventuele problemen of afwijkingen. Daarnaast zorg je voor een nette en veilige werkplek en help je mee om het productieproces steeds efficiënter te maken. Dankzij jouw oog voor detail en technisch inzicht kan het team rekenen op een vlotte productie en kwaliteitsvolle eindproducten.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het correct uitvoeren van productieopdrachten volgens product‑specificaties en kwaliteitsvereisten, binnen het ISO‑kwaliteitssysteem.

Je voert machine‑wissels en de bediening van automatisch en semiautomatisch gestuurde installaties uit (met o.a. ruwe materialen zoals spijkers, planken, balken) en rapporteert duidelijk alle non‑conformiteit op het kwaliteitsblad.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkplek steeds netjes en ordelijk blijft, en streeft naar maximale efficiëntie zonder veiligheid of kwaliteit uit het oog te verliezen.

  • Je hebt grondige kennis van het productieproces en van de technische werking van de machines.
  • Je anticipeert effectief op onvoorziene stilstanden en productwissels.
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband, blijft kalm in elke situatie en bent kwaliteits‑ en veiligheidsbewust.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een 2‑ of 3‑ploegensysteem.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pluspunt; ervaring met touchscreen‑instellingen van een machine is eveneens een voordeel
