De organisatie werkt met geautomatiseerde installaties en hecht sterk aan hygiëne, kwaliteit en veiligheid in alle dagelijkse processen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de productiestroom soepel verloopt en dat je de voorgeschreven procedures naleeft. Er is een duidelijke focus op preventief onderhoud, procescontrole en het melden van afwijkingen om de continuïteit van de operatie te waarborgen. Werken in deze omgeving betekent ervaring opdoen met een modern machinepark en logistieke processen en samenwerken in een compact team met korte communicatielijnen. De functie vraagt inzet in een 3-ploegendienst waarbij aandacht voor arbo- en hygiënevoorschriften centraal staat. Functie-inhoud - Jij zorgt voor het veilig en efficiënt laten draaien van de wasinstallatie en aanverwante productiemachines. - Jij stelt de wasinstallatie en andere machineprocessen om en in. - Jij voert preventief en correctief klein onderhoud uit volgens voorschriften en veiligheidseisen. - Jij controleert grond- en hulpstoffen, beheert wisselstukken en signaleert voorraadtekorten. - Jij lost storingen op volgens instructie en schakelt bij ernstige storingen de onderhoudsmonteur in. - Jij houdt de werkomgeving en de installaties schoon en registreert productiegegevens en kwaliteitsparameters. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde technische opleiding op minimaal MBO Niveau 2, bij voorkeur in Industriële Automatisering. - Medior werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen logistiek of productie. - Kennis van kwaliteitseisen, hygiëneregels en Arbo- en veiligheidseisen. - Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. - In het bezit van een heftruckcertificaat of bereidheid dit certificaat te behalen. - Affiniteit met automatisering en PLC-sturing is een pré. Wij bieden - Salaris: €2900 - €4800 per maand - Vakantiedagen: 25 dagen per jaar.
