Als Machine Operator 3-ploegen zorg jij ervoor dat de productielijnen soepel draaien en dat de kwaliteit van de producten gewaarborgd blijft. Je werkt in een team van enthousiaste collega's en zorgt voor een goede afstemming tijdens ploegwisselingen. Door toenemende productie zijn ze op zoek naar uitbreiding van het team. Functie-inhoud - Instellen, afstellen en ombouwen van machines voor verschillende productieruns. - Bewaken van de voortgang van het productieproces en zorgen dat de productielijnen soepel blijven draaien. - Verhelpen van kleine storingen en zelfstandig onderhoudswerkzaamheden uitvoeren aan de machines. - Zorgen voor een goede overdracht van gegevens en bijzonderheden bij ploegwisselingen. - Samen met je team werken aan een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving, waarbij verbeteringen in het proces worden doorgevoerd. Functie-eisen - Mbo werk- en denkniveau, opgedaan door ervaring als Machine Operator in een vergelijkbare functie. - Kennis van geautomatiseerde systemen zoals SCADA of MES is een pre, maar geen vereiste. - Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en in het bezit van rijbewijs B. - Oog voor detail, gestructureerd werken en zelfstandig technische problemen oplossen. - Teamspeler met een flexibele werkhouding, goed functioneren in ploegendienst. Wij bieden - Bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 3.153,- en € 4.473,-, afhankelijk van je ervaring en kennis. - Minimaal 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld. - Pensioenregeling en deelname aan een collectieve ziektekostenverzekering. - Mogelijkheden om door te groeien naar functies zoals Senior Machine Operator of Teamleider, met interne cursussen en opleidingen. - Individueel keuze budg.
