Als Machine Operator 3-ploegen zorg je ervoor dat de productielijnen soepel draaien en dat de kwaliteit van de producten gewaarborgd blijft. Je werkt in een team van enthousiaste collega's en zorgt voor een goede afstemming tijdens ploegwisselingen. Door toenemende productie zijn ze op zoek naar uitbreiding van het team. Het salaris kan oplopen tot € 4.443,- bruto per maand. Functie-inhoud - Instellen en afstellen van productiemachines om een efficiënt productieproces te waarborgen. - Bewaken van de kwaliteit van het eindproduct door regelmatige controles uit te voeren tijdens het productieproces. - Verhelpen van kleine technische storingen zelfstandig en uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan de machines. - Registreren van productiegegevens nauwkeurig en rapporteren van afwijkingen aan je leidinggevende. - Zorgdragen voor een soepele overdracht van taken tijdens ploegwisselingen en bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van het productieproces. Functie-eisen - Mbo werk- en denkniveau, verkregen door relevante werkervaring als Machine Operator in een productieomgeving. - Affiniteit met geautomatiseerde productiesystemen zoals SCADA of PLC is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. - Woonachtig in regio Tilburg, beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en beschikken over een rijbewijs B. - Nauwkeurig, oplossingsgericht en technisch inzicht. - Flexibel ingesteld en goed functioneren in een ploegendienst. Wij bieden - Bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 3.153,- en € 4.443,-, afhankelijk van je ervaring en prestaties. - Minimaal 25 vakantiedagen, 13 ADV-dagen en 8% vakantiegeld. - Uitstekende pensioenregeling en een bonusregeling op basis van prestaties. - Doorgroeim.
