Jij werkt in een industriële productieomgeving waar veiligheid, procesoptimalisatie en kwaliteitsbewaking centraal staan. Er is ruimte om technische vaardigheden te ontwikkelen met interne en externe opleidingen en trainingsprogramma's. Doorgroeimogelijkheden naar functies als procesoperator en teamleider zijn aanwezig. Voor medewerkers in de 3-ploegendienst geldt een marktconforme beloning en extra vergoedingen voor ploegendiensten, naast 8% vakantiegeld en andere secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden. Functie-inhoud - Je stelt, start en bouwt machines en productielijnen om; - Je bewaakt en optimaliseert het productieproces en stuurt bij waar nodig; - Je monitort en stelt recepturen en grondstoffen bij om constante productkwaliteit te garanderen; - Je lost storingen op, signaleert afwijkingen en voert preventieve en corrigerende acties uit; - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles en registraties uit en denkt mee over procesverbeteringen; - Je werkt in een plastics productieomgeving en hebt zelfstandig volle lijnverantwoordelijkheid voor één van circa 3 extrusie- en verwerkingslijnen; - Je bedient PLC-gestuurde extruders, granulering en verpakkingsunits met HMI en voert eerste lijn onderhoud uit; - Je neemt digitale monsterregistraties en dimensionele controles en draagt bij aan verbeterprojecten gericht op uitvalreductie en efficiëntieverbetering. Functie-eisen - MBO-opleiding Techniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of Procestechniek; - VAPRO A/B behaald of bereidheid om VAPRO A of VAPRO B te behalen; - Ervaring als operator, bij voorkeur met.
