Onze partner regio Gent is gespecialiseerd in diverse oplossingen voor allerhande verpakkingsoplossingen voor uiteenlopende sectoren.

Heb jij ervaring als procesoperator en wil jij jouw carrière verder uitbouwen in een zeer stabiel bedrijf? In ruil krijg je hiervoor een mooi loon rond 20 euro bruto/uur aangevuld met ploegenpremies, maaltijdcheques van 8 euro en werkzekerheid.

  • Je stuurt diverse blaasextrusiemachines aan en grijpt snel in waar nodig om een vlot en efficiënt productieproces te garanderen.
  • Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige opstart van de machines na een weekendstilstand lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de constante kwaliteit van de producten.
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde flessen en verwerkt je bevindingen correct en rechtstreeks in het computersysteem.
  • Je analyseert kwaliteitsgegevens, detecteert afwijkingen en pakt problemen doelgericht aan met doeltreffende oplossingen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en komt met innovatieve voorstellen om ons blaasproces continu verder te optimaliseren. Je gaat in 3-ploegen werken. Dat is voor jou geen enkel probleem. (vroeg 5u-13u , laat 13u-21u en nacht 21u-05u)
  • Je behaalde een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs, bij voorkeur in kunststofverwerking of een technische richting.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in geautomatiseerde processen en techniek. Bovendien ben je leergierig en gemotiveerd om opleidingen te volgen en je kennis verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en hecht veel belang aan veilig werken, kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen, denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief wanneer uitdagingen zich voordoen.
  • Je communiceert vlot, werkt graag samen met collega's en draagt bij aan een positieve teamsfeer.
