Als Machine Operator 3-ploegen bedien jij complexe machines in een schone en veilige werkomgeving. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's en zorgt voor een vlotte overdracht bij ploegwisselingen. Door de toenemende vraag naar hun producten is er behoefte aan extra capaciteit. Het salaris kan oplopen tot € 3.800,- bruto per maand. Functie-inhoud - Instellen en afstellen van productiemachines om een efficiënt productieproces te waarborgen. - Bewaken van de kwaliteit van het eindproduct door regelmatige controles uit te voeren tijdens het productieproces. - Verhelpen van kleine technische storingen zelfstandig en uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan de machines. - Registreren van productiegegevens nauwkeurig en rapporteren van afwijkingen aan je leidinggevende. - Zorgdragen voor een soepele overdracht van taken tijdens ploegwisselingen en bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van het productieproces. Functie-eisen - Mbo werk- en denkniveau, opgedaan door ervaring als Machine Operator in een vergelijkbare functie. - Kennis van geautomatiseerde systemen zoals SCADA of MES is een pre, maar geen vereiste. - Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en een rijbewijs B. - Oog voor detail, gestructureerd werken en technische problemen zelfstandig oplossen. - Flexibele werkhouding en goed functioneren in ploegendienst. Wij bieden - Bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 3.200,- en € 3.800,-, afhankelijk van ervaring en kennis. - Minimaal 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld en reiskostenvergoeding. - Pensioenregeling en ziektekostenverzekering. - Opleidingsbudget voor verdere specialisatie, met doorgroeimogelijkheden naar Teamleider of Supervisor. - Bedrijfsfitness en een individueel keuze b.
