Je werkt in een praktijkgerichte omgeving waar je direct bijdraagt aan de productieoutput. Je krijgt inzicht in productieketens en doet ervaring op met kwaliteitscontroles, monstername en laboratoriumtests. De functie is in een 3-ploegendienst met vaste werktijden en biedt doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de productieafdeling. Het salaris ligt tussen €2600 en €4500 per maand, aangevuld met secundaire voorwaarden gericht op ontwikkeling en werk-privé balans. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en bewaakt de productielijn en stuurt afwijkingen bij. - Je controleert de kwaliteit van producten en neemt monsters voor laboratoriumonderzoek. - Je lost storingen op en voert ombouwwerkzaamheden uit om de productie te optimaliseren. - Je zorgt voor correcte afvoer en verpakking van producten en bewaakt de productieadministratie. - Je ondersteunt en motiveert collega’s in de 3-ploegendienst en draagt bij aan verbeteringen in het proces. - Je voert eerste lijn onderhoud uit, zoals het verhelpen van mechanische blokkades en vervangen van eenvoudige onderdelen. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Medior werkervaring in een productieomgeving is een pré. - Technisch inzicht en ervaring met ombouwwerkzaamheden. - Hands-on mentaliteit en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding. - Bereidheid om in 3-ploegendienst te werken. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. - Vapro A of B is een pré maar niet verplicht. Wij bieden - Salaris: €2600 - €4500 per maand. - Vakantiedagen: 25 dagen per jaar. - Ploegentoeslag voor 3-ploegendienst. - Mogelijkheid tot doorgroeien naar meewerkend voorman of procesoperator. - Reiskostenvergoeding. - Opleidingen en mogelijkheid tot behalen van heftruckcertificaat.
